Terms of Service

1. General These Terms of Service govern all purchases made from JohnTees. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. This store is also run by a 14 year old.

2. Products We sell t-shirts that are made to order through our production partner (Printify). All products are custom-printed after you place your order.

3. Ordering & Payment When you place an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and confirm that you are authorized to make the purchase.

4. Prices & Payment All prices are shown in the currency you select at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are made to order and are usually shipped within a few business days after the order is placed.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control.
  • Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

6. Returns & Refunds We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied:

  • You may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Note for EU customers: In addition to the above, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item, in accordance with EU consumer law.

7. Product Quality & Complaints If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days with photos. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property All designs, artwork, and text on our products are created by us and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts. However, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country.

11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Changes will not affect orders already placed.
