Returns & Refunds Policy

At JohnTees, we want you to be happy with your purchase. All our t-shirts are made to order, but we still offer a fair return and refund policy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at johnteesshop123@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will send you return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take a few extra days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Items without original tags
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or heavily discounted items (unless they arrive damaged or faulty)

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, with a printing error, or is the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In addition to our 30-day policy, customers in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the item, according to EU consumer law.
